Elevated Errors In Resolution Center Service

Between 21:03 - 22:30 IST on 11th October 2018, We have observed the elevated error rates on the resolution center cases page on the platform. During this time, the users were not able to create/view cases from the dashboard and v2 API.

We have identified the issue and resolved it. The resolution center service is working as expected. Users will now be able to create and view cases normally.

Payments and store services were unaffected.
