We have seen disruption in sending emails for successful transactions to buyers between 6:32 pm - 6:41 pm (IST) on our platform. Some of the buyers may not have received successful payment confirmation email in this window. All other emails were unaffected.
We identified the problem with email attachments and have fixed it.
The issue has resolved now. Payment confirmation emails are getting sent as expected.
